Where is my progress saved?
On your device only. Deleting the app, or clearing this site's data in your browser, erases it.
How do I move my progress to another device, or from the website to the app?
In Settings, tap Move progress, then Send my save code and send the code to yourself (or just copy it on the same phone). On the other device: Settings, Move progress, Paste a save code. The full game is not part of the code; on a new device, unlock it with Restore.
Can I play offline?
Yes. The apps work offline, and on the web you can add the game to your home screen (Share → Add to Home Screen on iPhone, or Install in Chrome) to play it offline too.
What is free, and what does the full game add?
The Backyard (lawns 1 to 20 and its boss), the daily lawn, Endless Lawns and lawns shared with you are free. One purchase in the app unlocks the other 140 lawns, two more mowers and the Lawn Builder. There are no ads.
I bought the full game but it is locked
Open Settings, then Full game, and tap Restore, signed in to the App Store (or Google Play) account you bought it with. On iPhone, Family Sharing works too.
I have a code
In the app: Settings, then Full game, then Redeem code. Or redeem it in the App Store app (your account, then Redeem Gift Card or Code).
How do I turn off sound, vibration or crash reports?
Open Settings from the main menu.
